Hemlock Living Phase II will have high end white and grey finishes. Some of the finishes include the glazed porcelain lobby tile, laminate flooring in the suites, and quartz countertops in the kitchen and washrooms.

Harbour mist carpet will be used throughout the common area hallways, and on the stairs.

York bone polished ceramic tile will be used in the lobby for a nice fresh look.

Cactus hill waterproof laminate will be used as the main flooring in the apartments.
Countertops
Matching angora quartz countertops will be in the kitchen and bathroom.
Bathroom Flooring
Bone ceramic tiles will be used in the bathrooms.
Blinds
Roller blinds will be installed throughout, with lined blinds in the bedrooms for maximum comfort, and as many lazy mornings as you can get.
Cabinets
Cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms will be in creme de la creme, with horizontal grain.
